04 / Services

Services, Enquiries & Project Discussions

Information displayed on this website about our capabilities, services, portfolio, technology or media activities is provided for general informational and promotional purposes.

Submitting an enquiry, completing a form, sending an email or contacting TDS does not by itself create a binding service agreement. A project becomes binding only when the relevant scope, commercial terms and approvals are confirmed in writing or through a separate agreement accepted by the applicable parties.

Project scope, deliverables, deadlines, revision limits, production requirements, licensing arrangements, payment terms and other commercial conditions may vary from project to project.

05 / Commercial Terms

Proposals, Fees & Payments

Any pricing, quotation, proposal, production estimate or commercial offer may be subject to its own validity period, scope assumptions and payment conditions.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, additional work outside an approved scope may result in additional fees, revised timelines or a new quotation.

Taxes, third-party platform charges, media buying costs, talent fees, music licensing, travel, production expenses, hosting costs, software subscriptions or other external costs may be treated separately where applicable.

Project cancellation

Cancellation, postponement, refund eligibility, production deposits and work already completed will be handled according to the relevant proposal or project agreement. Deposits or committed third-party costs may be non-refundable where stated in the applicable agreement.

06 / Client Materials

Client-Supplied Content & Materials

Where you provide TDS with logos, photographs, footage, music, scripts, trademarks, databases, documents, software, credentials or other materials for a project, you represent that you have the necessary rights, permissions and authority to provide and authorize the intended use of those materials.

You remain responsible for the legality, accuracy and rights clearance of materials supplied by you unless TDS has expressly agreed in writing to obtain specific clearances on your behalf.

07 / Intellectual Property

Intellectual Property Rights

The TDS website, brand identity, logo, original design, graphics, interface elements, written website content, showreel presentation and other proprietary materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unless expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, publish, reproduce, distribute, sell, license or commercially exploit TDS-owned material.

Project deliverables

Ownership or licensing of project-specific deliverables will be determined by the applicable quotation, proposal, license or written agreement. TDS may retain ownership of working files, source code, production methods, templates, tools, pre-existing intellectual property or reusable production assets unless otherwise agreed.

Portfolio rights

Unless restricted by confidentiality obligations or a separate agreement, TDS may request or retain the right to reference publicly released project work in its portfolio, website, showreel or promotional materials. Any specific restriction should be agreed in writing.

08 / External Services

Third-Party Platforms & Services

Our services or website may interact with third-party providers such as hosting companies, social networks, streaming platforms, advertising networks, payment providers, app stores, music distribution services, analytics systems, software vendors or cloud infrastructure providers.

TDS does not control all third-party systems and cannot guarantee their uninterrupted availability, policies, pricing, technical performance or continued operation. Use of such services may also be governed by the third party's own terms and privacy practices.

09 / Streaming

Utshob & Other Digital Platforms

Tiger Digitech Studios may operate, support, develop or participate in digital entertainment, streaming or OTT-related platforms, including Utshob.

A separate platform may maintain its own user terms, subscription conditions, content policies, privacy rules or account requirements. Where separate platform terms are presented, those terms govern the user's use of that specific platform.

10 / Confidentiality

Confidential Information

During project discussions or active engagements, either party may disclose confidential business, creative, technical or commercial information.

Where confidentiality obligations apply, the receiving party should use reasonable care to protect such information and should not disclose it to unauthorized persons except where disclosure is required by law or otherwise permitted by agreement.

11 / Disclaimer

Website Information & Service Disclaimer

We aim to keep website information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that all website content will always be complete, error-free or continuously available.

Portfolio examples, mockups, demonstrations, service descriptions, estimated outcomes and technology references should not be interpreted as guarantees of identical results for every client or project.

Results from advertising, digital growth, audience development, platform distribution, content performance or technology services may depend on factors outside TDS's control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tiger Digitech Studios will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising solely from use of, or inability to use, this website.

Project-related liability, if any, will be determined under the applicable project agreement and relevant law. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13 / Suspension

Suspension & Termination

TDS may restrict or suspend access to website features where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, misuse prevention or protection of our systems and rights.
